"I had set my heart on having the fire in place for Christmas Day. Even the event of heavy snow did not stop Ramsbottom Stoves from installing the burner as planned; they hired a cherry picker to get the job done despite the freezing cold. Christmas was just how I wanted it. Snow outside and a glowing fire and candles inside.Fabulous".

"18 months ago I decided I wanted a multi-fuel stove fitted in my conservatory – I started to ring a few local suppliers from the internet – the first one I spoke to just simply said “no sorry not interested” the second one had a showroom nearby so I went to have a look – the stoves were lovely but so expensive however the gentleman said he would come and have a look at my house to give a full quote but he doubted I would be able to have one anyway – that’s 12 months ago and I’m still waiting for him to return several of my calls! Eventually I managed to get hold of someone else out of the area and after several calls pestering him he eventually came to give me a price which was more than I could afford.It was only by chance that my mother in law rang me and said that a friend of hers had recommended Ramsbottom Stoves. I therefore rang them and 3 hours later Chris called round to my property and 10 minutes later I was told I could have a stove and was given a price immediately. I was given an installation date the day after and within 3 weeks my stove was fitted – the fitters were absolutely fantastic and did an excellent job. From my first point of contact with Ramsbottom Stoves they were absolutely amazing, I received a wonderful service from them throughout and cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact I had a small problem on a Saturday evening and Chris was quite prepared to come out there and then to help me – you cannot ask for more than this".

"Thank you for supplying and installing our stove so promptly. We are extremely pleased with it and were amazed at how quickly (and tidily) you did the work! It was also useful to have the little tutorial on how to light a fire and good to know that you are around to advise us if necessary".
