"I attended Swinton Physiotherapy for a hamstring strain and a long-standing shoulder problem which were affecting my ability to do training. I noticed some good improvements early with my hamstring which I was really pleased about because I was limited with demonstrating kicks. The shoulder took a bit longer but I was able to sleep on it comfortably at night early on, which I hadn’t been able to do for some time. I was very pleased with the treatment from Jonathan, he got me back to my best so I could get on with training champions".
