• The Directories work! Red Rose Directories have been well tested in our areas and have proved to be very widely read and used by the residents. Around 80% of the advertisers appear month after month – because the Directories work and generate business for them.

Distribution

• Red Rose Directories are published and distributed monthly to 3000 homes Per Directory Per Month.
  
• In addition, they are available in Show Homes and Marketing Suites of builders in the area and are included in the ‘Welcome Packs’ issued by the builders when people move into their new home. In effect, it is the first source of local information for anyone moving into the area.
  

 

Format & Design

• Each is an A5 size booklet with a high quality glossy full colour cover, stapled, one colour print throughout and full colour centre pages.

• Red Rose Directories have ‘longevity’ and, because of the handy size, content, look and feel they are kept by the majority of households until the next issue arrives, thereby giving advertisers ‘immediacy of access’ when their services are required.
  
  

Demographics

• The population of the distribution areas have a high proportion of A’s, B’s, and C1’s.
  
• The disposable income in the distribution areas is above average within the Borough.
  
• House prices in the distribution areas are considered higher than average. These properties are mainly mortgaged or owned with households predominantly consisting of families.
  
• There is a high level of car ownership in the distribution areas with an above average number of families owning 2 cars or more.
